Beginning your investment in your own success with executive coaching is as simple as scheduling your free initial consultation.
Starting the Coaching Process and Setting a Working Structure
If you'd like to get started with executive coaching from Mulhauser Consulting, the process is as simple as scheduling your free initial consultation, either via the contact form below or via email. We can discuss your current context, what you're looking for in coaching, and how Mulhauser Consulting might be able to help. I can also answer any questions you may have about the process. If we both agree that we can work together effectively, we can begin almost immediately, at a time convenient for your schedule and constraints. Until we do agree to work together, you are under no obligation whatsoever, and our contact with each other is entirely free of charge.
The executive coaching schedule will be tailored for your individual needs, but often it looks something like this:
- An initial face-to-face meeting of 1.5 to 3 hours
- Weekly phone calls of around 35 minutes duration
- Email support where required during the week
- Follow-up face-to-face review meetings once every three months
I normally suggest a minimum of 3 months initial commitment to coaching to take maximum advantage of the momentum we will generate. Because coaching is designed to maximize your reliance on your own internal resources rather than on your coach, coaching engagements only occasionally extend beyond one year.
Email-Only Options
You are also welcome to organize our coaching sessions entirely around asynchronous internet communication such as email, rather than the more traditional telephone contact. This may be more convenient if you live in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, or other areas of the world several time zones away from the United Kingdom. Even some United States and United Kingdom clients prefer the convenience of email.
Pricing for Executive Coaching
Pricing will be tailored to meet your individual needs, but as a rough guideline executive coaching is priced at the same rate as my business consulting services. The structure suggested above is priced at a total of one day per month, with time for the initial face-to-face meeting provided for free and subsequent review meetings priced at the normal daily rate.
